Key Lime Dream Smoothie, serves 1

  • 1 peeled and seeded lime, leave the white pith
  • ½-1 cup frozen tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, etc.)
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2-4 ice cubes, made from unsweetened coconut milk
